Rebecca Paoletti is currently an advisor at WicketLabs. Prior to that, they served as the President of Digital for Major League Gaming from July 2011 to December 2011. During their time at Major League Gaming, Rebecca was responsible for boosting revenue and overseeing the 2011 ProCircuit season.

Before their time at Major League Gaming, Rebecca Paoletti served as the Head of Video for North America at Yahoo! from December 2006 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of video producers and editors in creating original video content for the Yahoo! network of sites.

Rebecca Paoletti started their career as a Creative Director at Maven Networks from May 2002 to December 2006. In this role, they oversaw the creation of original video content for clients including CBS, Sony Music, and Viacom.

Rebecca Paoletti began their career in 1999 as the Editor-in-Chief of Road Runner, a magazine published by Spectrum Reach (formerly Time Warner Cable Media). Rebecca held this position until 2000 when they left to pursue other opportunities in the media industry.

Rebecca Paoletti's educational career began at Choate Rosemary Hall, a private boarding school in Connecticut. Rebecca then went on to attend Princeton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Comparative Literature with a minor in Russian Studies.
