Summer Harcup is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Partner at Wicker Smith since September 2015. Prior roles include Associate and Certified Legal Intern positions at the Civil Law Clinic and Community Development Clinic at The University of Alabama School of Law, where legal advice was provided on entity formation, tax exempt status, and assistance to non-profit organizations. Summer also gained experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Philip N. Lisenby in family law and in employment litigation at the Florida Office of the Attorney General. Additional internships at the Office of Congressman Cliff Stearns and the University of Florida showcase strong communication and organizational skills. Summer holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
