Indi Amban has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Assistant Financial Controller at Wiberg Corp. since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing accounts receivable for a portfolio of 450 food industry clients. Previously, Indi worked as an Accounts Analyst at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., focusing on lease compliance under ASC842, and as a Financial Analyst for Sussex International College Network, preparing annual reports for a network of 20 schools. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at WNS Global Services, managing tax returns and reconciliations, Lead Associate at Aviva for ISA projects, and an Executive in Banking Operations at HSBC, handling audits and customer account issues. Indi began a career at EY, specializing in IFRS and reporting for diverse public and private sector clients. Education includes a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and ongoing involvement with CPA Canada, complemented by a BSc in Public Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
