Zhaotan Xiao is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Venture Partner at WI Harper Group since September 2018 and as an Executive Director at T-RECs.ai since January 2022. Prior experience includes leading RWDC Industries as President for Asia Pacific from September 2018 to February 2021, and serving as Head of Commodity Derivative Trading at ANZ from September 2014 to September 2018. Zhaotan also held significant roles at JP Morgan Chase, where responsibilities included Head of Structured Physical Commodities Trading for Asia from March 2009 to September 2014, and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Hybrids Trading from 2004 to March 2009. Zhaotan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, earned between 2001 and 2004.
