Cathy Jones is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, compensation, and benefit administration. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Wi-Fi Alliance since August 2014, Cathy oversees various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Previous roles include HR Manager at Austin Independent School District, where Cathy managed compensation data and reporting, and Manager of Benefits at Nuance Communications, handling benefits administration and HRIS oversight. Early career positions at The Intersect Group and Precyse Solutions provided foundational HR experience. Cathy holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
