Darius Goldsby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and operations within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at LIFT, Inc. since April 2023, Darius previously held roles such as Development Manager at the same organization and Development Coordinator at The Nature Conservancy, where responsibilities included coordinating key strategic projects to enhance donor activity and meet fundraising goals. Prior experience includes positions as an Operations Associate at LIFT, Inc. and a Peer Advisor at the Puerto Rican Cultural Center, focusing on youth case management and programming.
