Kirsty Ferris has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kirsty started their career as a Counter Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they focused on account growth, customer service, team management, and organizing events. Kirsty then worked as a Sales Executive at Pinnacle Response, where they were responsible for building relationships, sourcing new business, and promoting sales growth. Kirsty later became a Branch Manager at First Choice Recruitment, overseeing operations and managing a team. Kirsty then joined Rutledge Recruiting as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in sourcing candidates for permanent roles in professional services. Currently, Kirsty is the Co-Founder of WHYTEMATTER Staffing Solutions, where they coordinate communication between different business departments and positions, develops learning and business functions, and promotes flexible working practices and talent development.

Kirsty Ferris obtained a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ulster University. Kirsty attended Ulster University from 2007 to 2010.
