Dylan Henry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dylan began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager at Dollar General, where they were responsible for vendor management, handling invoices, managing a small team, and overseeing cash deposits. In 2015, they transitioned to Unum as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to customers. In 2018, they joined SAIC as a Software Engineer Associate, working on platform engineering and software development projects. Dylan later advanced to the role of Platform Engineer Senior. Currently, Dylan is working at WholePoint Systems, where they serve as a Solutions Architect, specializing in remote ServiceNow solutions. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of ServiceNow Practice.

Dylan Henry obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Tennessee Technological University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications. In May 2019, Dylan became a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. From July 2019 to January 2020, they obtained multiple micro certifications in various ServiceNow modules and also received a DevOps Foundation Certificate from the DevOpsInstitute in September 2019. In January 2020, Dylan earned their ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate and became a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Dylan continued to enhance their skills in ServiceNow, achieving several more certifications in 2020 and 2023. Specifically, in October, November, and December 2020, Dylan obtained certifications as a Certified Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, and Application Portfolio Management respectively. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a Micro Certification in Agile and Test Management Implementation and various other ServiceNow-related certifications. Finally, in January 2023, Dylan became a Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response through ServiceNow.
