Sneha Balasubramaniam currently serves as the Director of Growth Ventures at Whole Earth Brands since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sneha held various positions at Tata Consumer Products from 2014 to September 2023, including Head of Marketing & Innovation and roles in Brand Management. Sneha also worked as a Strategy & Marketing Consultant at Wedu Global in 2013-2014 and as a Business Consultant at Accenture from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in the career, Sneha was a Marketing Associate at Tata Consultancy Services from 2008 to 2010. Academically, Sneha holds an MBA in Global Management with a focus on Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
