Tayla Murphy currently holds the position of Director of People Partnering for the APAC region at Who Gives A Crap, a role commenced in August 2023. Prior to this, Tayla accumulated significant experience at Xero from October 2017 to August 2023, serving in various roles including People Experience Business Partner, where collaboration with senior leadership teams to provide HR guidance was essential. Tayla's early career included roles at Flight Centre Travel Group and as the Founder of Herald Australia, where key responsibilities involved the import and trade of mechanical technologies. Academically, Tayla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Business and Management from Curtin University.
