Vincent Caccese, MBA, currently serves as a Business Development Manager and Technical Recruiter at Whitridge Associates, where recognition includes being named Recruiter of the Year and a member of the Presidents Club in 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at ASML, overseeing complex projects for the NXE3600 & 3800 EUV Systems, and leading a team of Mechanical Design Engineers. Other positions held include Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Alba-Technic, LLC, and Research Assistant at the University of Maine, focusing on biomechanical measurements and material testing. Vincent holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Maine.
