Steven Nunez is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily, self-storage, and outdoor lodging platforms. As Senior Managing Director at Whitman | Peterson since April 2017, Steven oversees sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and asset management. Additionally, Steven founded Sterman Partners in January 2018, focusing on real estate investment and brokerage for a personal portfolio. Previously, Steven served as Associate Director, Acquisitions at Barings from June 2012 to April 2017, where involvement included underwriting and due diligence for transactions exceeding $4 billion. Early in their career, Steven gained valuable experience as an Analyst at CenterSquare Investment Management and as an Acquisitions Analyst at Mount Auburn Multifamily. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
