Ross Flavell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and innovative product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Sustainable Innovations Lead and Innovation Design Engineer at WhiteWater, Ross leads early-stage product development projects within a global leader in water park design and installation. Previous roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at Climate Neutral, where Ross volunteered as a Carbon Measurement Coach, and multiple positions in design engineering at Edinburgh Designs Ltd. and JGA Fire Engineering Consultants. Ross also has a background in property development and experience in 3D printing with ALPrint, as well as internships at Baker Hughes and Force India F1. Ross holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
