Thomas Rowe has extensive work experience in the infrastructure and surveying industry. Thomas started their career in 1991 at Mark W. Whiteley & Associates, Inc., where they held the position of Vice President until November 2019. In the same year, they also joined Whiteley Infrastructure Group as the President of Surveying Services and later became the President. Thomas has served in this role since May 1991 and will continue until January 2023.

Thomas Rowe attended Lamar University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
