Nick Zafiris serves as the Chief Information Officer at Whitehaven Coal and has held key positions including Head of Information Technology Operations and Head of Enterprise Systems, Data & Digital / Program Director for SAP S/4 Transformation at Ampol Australia. Zafiris also worked as the Head of Applications and Architecture / Program Manager for SAP and Digital Transformation at SUEZ. Prior to these roles, Zafiris operated as an independent consultant for the Queensland Government, specializing as a senior project manager, solution architect, and functional expert in SAP projects. Zafiris has served as the CIO at Schindler Lifts Australia Pty Limited and holds qualifications from CPA Australia and the University of Technology Sydney.
