With over 24 years of experience, Harmendar is a senior HR practitioner specializing in HR consulting and business development across Southeast Asia. Additionally, Harmendar is the Trainer/Leader and Managers Coach at HarmenWise Consultants since January 2000, focusing on leadership development, managers skills, and sales leadership. Prior to this, Harmendar served as the Senior Manager of Training and Development at Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd from December 2005 to April 2014. Harmendar holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in HR Management from the University of Malaya.
