Elizabeth Clowes has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant at Sainsbury's in 2016. Elizabeth was responsible for the Finance and Fraud workstream of a large project, working independently and providing guidance to the project team.

In 2018, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC France for a short period.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at PwC in various roles, starting as a Senior Associate and then becoming a Manager. Elizabeth gained experience in process reviews, SOX controls implementation, Group external audits, and internal audit.

Elizabeth is currently working at Whitechapel Gallery since 2019. Elizabeth started as the Head of Finance, and then took on the role of Head of Finance & Administration and Company Secretary. Currently, they are serving as the Finance Director and Company Secretary.

Elizabeth's work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance, administration, and project management.

Elizabeth Clowes completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish and Classics at King's College London from 2009 to 2013. Elizabeth later pursued a Museum Studies MA degree at UCL from 2018 to 2019.
