Lawson Mackenzie is an experienced facility engineer currently working at Whitecap Resources Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Lawson served as a project engineer at TNT Engineering Ltd. from September 2014 to May 2019, focusing on the design of sour and sweet pipelines and facilities, including single well tie-ins and multi-well battery expansions. Lawson began a career in engineering as a process engineer intern at Cameron from May 2012 to August 2013, where responsibilities included ensuring timely project deliverables and approving critical engineering documentation. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary (2010-2014) and earlier studies at Mount Royal University (2008-2010).
