Éadaoin McDonagh currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at White Rabbit Projects since January 2017. Previously, McDonagh held the position of Managing Director UK & Group Director of Restaurants at Kofler & Kompanie GmbH from July 2013 to January 2017, overseeing UK and international restaurant and catering operations. Prior to this, McDonagh was Director of Restaurants at Harvey Nichols from November 2006 to June 2013, managing high-volume luxury dining establishments. McDonagh's career also includes roles as General Manager at Coco Pazzo Restaurant and Assistant General Manager at Le Madri, building a strong foundation in fine dining and hospitality management. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Cork and a BA in Liberal Arts from Mary Immaculate College, Ireland.
