Patrick Lynch is an experienced professional in the field of acquisitions and finance, currently serving as Director of Acquisitions at White Oak Partners since August 2016. Patrick has progressively advanced through various roles within the same company, including Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate in Acquisitions and Investments. Prior to joining White Oak Partners, Patrick worked as a Financial Analyst at Lifestyle Communities from January 2014 to July 2016 and completed a Commercial Brokerage Internship at Continental Realty / Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in 2013. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, obtained in 2014.
