Maddie (Madeleine) Winter is a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher since July 2022, following experience as a Consultant. Concurrently, Winter serves as a Next-Gen Leadership Ambassador for the White House Historical Association, part of an initiative recognizing emerging leaders. Earlier roles include Co-President of the Community Service Interclub Council at Princeton, focused on coordinating community service efforts and fundraising for local food security. Winter also gained experience as a Healthcare Policy Intern with the Association for Community Affiliated Plans, an intern at NYC Health + Hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, and contributed to various organizations, including Smile Train and the History Dialogues Project at Princeton. Winter holds an AB in History and a Certificate in Global Health and Health Policy from Princeton University.
