Carlos Moreno is a seasoned professional in construction project management with extensive experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as a Project Manager at White Construction Inc. in Detroit since July 2007, Carlos Moreno coordinates overall construction project supervision, value engineering, scheduling, and change management. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at J.L. Judge Construction Services from April 1999 to June 2007, responsibilities included project management, scheduling coordination, and budget control.
