Jennifer Rakstad is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Americas Senior Learning & Development Manager at White & Case LLP since November 2020, Jennifer has a rich background that includes nearly 21 years at Mayer Brown, where roles included Career Development Advisor (US), Career Development Attorney, and Litigation Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jaime Pieras, Jr. in the District of Puerto Rico. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from Augustana College.
