Russ Macdonald has extensive experience in supply chain management. Russ began their career at Malton Bacon Factory in 1995 as a Senior Planner. Russ then worked at D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753 as a Supply Chain Manager, where they led a team and oversaw logistic and supply chain activities. Macdonald later joined Youngs Seafood Limited as a Supply Chain Consultant before moving on to Kerry Group. At Kerry Group, they held various roles including Supply Chain Manager and Head of Supply Chain, where they had responsibility for multiple plants and played a key role in implementing business strategies. Currently, Macdonald is the Supply Chain Director at Whitby Seafoods Ltd, where they oversee group supply chain activities, including capacity modeling, ERP implementation, and demand planning.
Russ Macdonald attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
