Huw Thomas has extensive experience in facilities and property management within the hospitality and aviation industries, currently serving as the Head of Repairs & Maintenance at Whitbread since January 2016, overseeing maintenance and design across multiple brands. Previously, Huw held the role of Head of Facilities Management at Whitbread, managing significant projects aimed at reducing operating costs. Prior to Whitbread, Huw was the Head of Property, Facilities & Occupation Health at easyJet, ensuring compliance and management of services across Europe. Huw's career began in various engineering roles at British Rail and British Aerospace, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Building Services & Environmental Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
