Amanda Long is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and customer success management. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Whisker Labs since March 2024, Amanda has previously held key roles including Director of Customer Success at AEM and Earth Networks, where Amanda contributed significantly to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Business Development Manager at EAGLE Certification Group and held various positions at Earth Networks, starting as a Project Manager and eventually as Quality and Program Manager. Amanda's career began with roles at The National Weather Service and The Pennsylvania State Climate Office, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Penn State University.
