Esteban Rey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and event production. Currently serving as COO and Principal of When Where What since January 2019, Esteban has also been self-employed as an Event Producer since 2002. Additional experience includes roles as Tour Manager and Merch Manager across various companies, along with freelance graphic design work specializing in drawings, mixed media, album art, and merchandise designs. Previously, Esteban managed the unique Volcom Garden, a retail boutique and art venue, and contributed to the SXSW Innovation Group as a Research and Development Specialist. Esteban holds a BFA in History and English from Texas State University, awarded in 2006.
