James Lee is an experienced ICT professional with a robust background in IT infrastructure management and deployment across various sectors. Currently serving as the ICT Manager at Wheelock Properties since October 2021, James ensures the security and functionality of IT infrastructure within various construction projects. Previously, James held positions including Manager of ICT Infrastructure at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, and IT Specialist at Airport Authority Hong Kong, known for managing one of the world’s busiest airports. James’s career began in technical support and progressively advanced through roles at prominent institutions such as DBS Bank and IBM, accumulating extensive expertise in telecommunications and network management. James holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Macquarie University.
