Melissa Crawford has extensive experience in client services and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Wheelhouse Enterprises since August 2014, where previous roles included Client Services Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Sprint as an Enterprise Quality Assurance professional from October 2003 to October 2008 and held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Nextel Communications from March 1999 to June 2002.
