Steve Thomas, PMP CEM, currently serves as the PSD Business Development and Renewables/Energy Efficiency Segment Manager at Wheeler Machinery Co., focusing on energy efficiency and emerging technology solutions. Previous experience includes roles at PacifiCorp managing energy efficiency programs and as a product manager, and consulting for ICF International on energy programs for public and private clients. Steve also held positions as a Neighborhood Revitalization Planner and Development Director, showcasing a diverse background in community development and fundraising. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's in Business and Government from Southern Virginia University.
