Juan Ignacio Contreras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management and customer value strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Growth Manager at Wheel the World since May 2022, Juan Ignacio previously held several leadership positions at Entel, including Head of Customer Value Management Planning and Performance. Prior roles at Entel encompassed consultancy and strategy planning. Juan Ignacio's experience also includes conducting critical analyses during a thesis at LATAM Airlines and contributing as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
