Jeff Towne, AICP, currently serves as the Community & Economic Development Officer for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff Towne worked as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Racine, Wisconsin from May 2017 to October 2020, and as Principal Planner for the City of Appleton, Wisconsin from November 2002 to May 2017. Jeff Towne's earlier experience includes serving as a Planner for the City of Rockford, Illinois from March 2001 to November 2002 and holding positions at Rock-Tenn Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin from 1993 to 2001. Jeff Towne holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Tourism from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
