Tracy Hughes is an experienced urban planner currently serving as a Regeneration Coordinator at Wheatley Group since April 2023, focusing on housing-led regeneration projects across Scotland. Previously, Tracy worked as a Planning Consultant at TH Consulting from January 2018 to December 2023, providing comprehensive advice on the town planning system and collaborating with other practitioners. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Planning Consultant at GVA UK from 2008 to December 2017, where Tracy progressed from a student planner to a key member of the Glasgow Planning Team. Earlier career stages include working as a Graduate Planner at Adams Consulting Group from May 2005 to July 2008. Tracy holds an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University and a BA Hons in Environmental Policy from Sheffield Hallam University.
