Mitch Zundel has over six years of experience in operations and customer support, currently holding multiple roles at Whatnot since March 2021, including BizOps, Seller Support Lead, Seller Support Specialist, and Operations Associate. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Sports Venture Inc from November 2017 to September 2019, where Mitch developed skills in customer service, employee management, merchandising, and operations management, as well as working as a Sales Associate focused on sales generation and customer satisfaction. Mitch Zundel holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Grand Canyon University, completed in 2021.
