Kenneth Marcell has extensive experience in the construction management field, having held various leadership roles at Wharton-Smith, Inc. since September 2004, including Vice President of Gulf Coast Water, Division Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Kenneth was a Project Engineer at Western Summit Constructors Inc. from January 2003 to September 2004. Kenneth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, completing the program between 1998 and 2002.
