Haonan Fan is a skilled mechanical engineer with a diverse background in engineering and research. Currently an intern at Whale Imaging since February 2017, Haonan focuses on optimizing the mechanical design of the Multi-scan G-Arm system. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Wayne State University, where testing on mechanical properties of porcine brain tissue was conducted, along with developing a Finite Element model for child lower extremities and performing injury analyses, improving simulations of human neck response under whiplash for Toyota Motor Corporation. Additionally, Haonan worked as a Test Engineer at Neusoft, participating in the testing of Digital Signage and Tele-Medicine Network Systems. Haonan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, a Master's Degree in Biomechanics from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from South-Central University for Nationalities.
