Karen Lew has a diverse work experience, starting as an Editorial/PR at Do512 in 2011. Karen later worked as a Broadcast Production Intern at Grey Group in 2012. Karen then moved on to produce, film, and edit online content at Weber Shandwick from 2013 to 2016. Karen further enhanced their career in strategy and planning at McCann Worldgroup in 2017 before progressing to DDB Group Hong Kong where they worked as an Associate Strategic Planner and Lead Strategist. Most recently, Karen has been excelling in creative strategy roles at Whalar, where they have advanced from Associate Strategy Director to Creative & Social Media Strategy Director to their current position as Senior Director of Creative Strategy.

Karen Lew holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Bachelor of Science in Film-TV-Radio (RTF) from The University of Texas at Austin. Karen also obtained a Master's Degree in Advertising from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
