Quirino Mancini serves as the President and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Masters of Gaming Law, a global association with over 340 members. Quirino is also an Equity Partner at Tonucci & Partners, an Italian general practice firm, and the Founder & Business Development Director of SBC Advisory Partners, specializing in consulting for sports, betting, and gaming organizations. As a co-founder and editor of GamingLaw.eu, Quirino has significantly contributed to legal discourse in the gaming sector. Furthermore, Quirino holds a Fellow Membership in both the International Bar Association and the Sports Lawyers Association, and previously held a partnership role at SCM Lawyers, leading its Sports, Media, and Gaming practice. Quirino gained a Doctor of Law degree from Università degli Studi Roma La Sapienza.
