The Engineering and Maintenance team at WGVU is responsible for ensuring the continuous, reliable operation of the station’s broadcast equipment and infrastructure. This includes maintaining and repairing transmission systems, overseeing technical broadcast operations, and implementing engineering projects to enhance the station’s capabilities. The team supports both the television stations affiliated with PBS and the radio stations affiliated with NPR, ensuring high-quality broadcast services to the Grand Rapids-Kalamazoo-Battle Creek market.
