Alan Paape is an experienced sports producer and technical recruiter with a diverse background in sports broadcasting and technology recruitment. Currently employed at WGN Radio since February 2013, Alan produces game highlights and pregame/postgame shows for various teams, including the Blackhawks and Cubs. Alan's previous roles include account management and seller performance lead at Raise, as well as technical recruiting at JW Michaels & Co., specializing in placing senior-level technology professionals. Earlier experiences include serving as sports director at WXAV 88.3 FM Chicago, where Alan announced and hosted sports programming, and contributing commentary to The Xavierite. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Xavier University.
