Flora Havet is a highly experienced safety and risk management professional with a diverse background in facility management and operations. Currently serving as Safety and Risk Manager at WFF Facility Services (now HES) since October 2017, Flora has also held positions such as Regional Operations Manager and Workers Compensation Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Flora worked at PE Facility Solutions, LLC as a Facility Management/Regional Representative, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective communication between customers and vendors. Flora’s earlier experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at Quality Research Services and extensive management experience at LA Fitness, overseeing various operational aspects and customer service. Flora also served as Chief Operations Officer at Espe, focusing on custodial and facility maintenance across multiple sectors. Flora holds a degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, obtained in 2004.
