Tim Hickman currently serves as an LMD Training Facilitator at Alabama Technology Network since November 2023 and holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at WF Cabinetry since June 2021. Tim has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as VP of Human Resources at Global K9 Protection Group, HR Manager at Briggs & Stratton, and Human Resource Leader at GE Aviation, among other roles. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development is complemented by a focus on strategic growth and career alignment. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery, earned between 1990 and 1996.
