Rebecca Straka is an accomplished Chief Information Officer at Weyerhaeuser Company, overseeing the global information technology organization for the Fortune 500 firm since December 2019. In addition to this role, Rebecca serves as an Executive Advisory Member for the University of Washington Milgard School of Business and as an Advisory Committee Member for IGNITE Worldwide, a nonprofit promoting STEM education for under-served girls. Previous experience includes leadership positions at REI, Zones, and Weyerhaeuser, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, enterprise systems, and operational management. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Administration from WSU Carson College of Business, a Master of Science in Business, Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Villanova University.
