Lance Elam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management within the paper and forest products industry. Currently serving as Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Weyerhaeuser since January 2022, Lance has previously held key roles at Roseburg Forest Products, including Energy Manager and Power Plant Superintendent. Additional experience includes positions as a Production Engineer, Process Line Maintenance Coordinator, and Maintenance Engineer at Boise Paper, as well as Maintenance Engineer at Newark Group International and Mechanical Design Engineer at Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington from 1989 to 1992.
