Gintas (Gint) Balodis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Americas and General Manager and Head of Small Business at WEX, overseeing a newly established Small Business segment with P&L responsibility for the Americas Mobility business, which includes over 350,000 customers and a diverse portfolio of proprietary products and co-branded partner programs across the US and Canada. Prior to WEX, Gint held multiple senior leadership positions at American Express from 2009 to September 2024, including Vice President and General Manager roles in Global Marketing & Digital Acquisition, International Product Management, B2B Product Management, Global Business Consulting, US Marketing & Insights, and Global Merchant Strategy. Gint's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
