Dan DeLauro started their work experience in 2001 as a Developer at FAST, Inc. Dan then worked as a Developer at Caffeine, Inc. from 2002 to 2003, and as a Developer at Vibatorium from 2003 to 2007. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Sr. Developer at Buzztone. Dan then became the Technology Director at Allen and Gerritsen (formerly Neiman) from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at PeopleLinx, now FRONTLINE Selling. Dan co-founded Hurdle Co. in 2014 and worked as the Co-Founder & Technology Lead until 2015. Dan then became a Senior Developer at Happy Cog from 2015 to 2016. Dan served as the Lead DevOps Engineer at Zoomi, Inc. | AI for Learning from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are a Principal Cloud Engineer at WEX.

Dan DeLauro attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications and Advertising. Dan also holds a certification as an Official Dude from The Official Dude Association of America, obtained in 2014.
