Fernanda Guillen Elias is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR People Partner at WeWork since April 2022. Prior to this role, Fernanda held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from November 2017 to April 2022, where Fernanda also completed a six-month TaskForce assignment at JW Marriott Lima. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent and Organization Trainee at Corporación Grupo Romero and as a Human Resources Trainee at Tekton Labs, along with a commercial trainee role at G4S and a server position at Vail Resorts. Fernanda holds a Specialized Program degree in Human Resources from Pacífico Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Hospitality from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
