Cristina Andre Alexander is an experienced professional with a strong background in people programs and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of People Programs at WeWork since March 2018, Cristina has also held the position of Senior Program Manager within the People Team. Prior to this, a manager and senior consultant role was undertaken at Deloitte Consulting from July 2014 to March 2018, along with earlier summer associate positions during 2012 and 2013. Cristina gained foundational experience as a Benefits Coordinator at HarperCollins Publishers and as a Benefits Consultant at Willis. Academically, Cristina holds an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
