Kürşat Ceylan has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2011, they were the Corporate Marketing Officer at Boğaziçi University. In 2013, they became the Content Producer and Host at NtvRadyo. In 2014, they were the Corporate Communications Administrative at Roche Pharmaceuticals. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Chief Accessibility Officer at Young Guru Academy (YGA). In 2019, they also became the Co-Founder of WeWALK, a revolutionary smart cane developed for the visually impaired.

Kürşat Ceylan began their educational journey in 2005, studying Turkish Language and Literature at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi until 2007. In 2007, they continued their studies at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi in Guidance and Psychological Counseling, and in 2009 they spent a year at the University of Oklahoma in the same field. Kürşat completed their studies at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi in 2011.
