Haley Kelly, PWS, ISA-CA, CSE, currently serves as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey Tree Company, where responsibilities include wetland delineation, natural resource inventories, and permitting. Prior experience encompasses roles as an Environmental Scientist at ecotone, an Environmental Scientist II at Century Engineering, and a Natural Resource Specialist at Daft McCune Walker, focusing on similar environmental compliance and permitting tasks. Additionally, experience as Adjunct Faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County involved teaching laboratory and environmental science courses. Haley holds a Master of Science in Geography and Environmental Science, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Science and Anthropology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
